On forums, i type quickly and don't recheck. Half the time no one reads the entire post anyway.

It should definitely be a subforum for Gaming in General, this shouldn't turn into a WOW forum (even a considerable fraction of it) if only two active members actually play it. Podcast or no.

Firefox FTW. Images load faster and look better in it than IE too. Plus, enhanced security is a bonus.

I think i have used just about all the main browsers out there and too be honest they're all good for different jobs. IE is very stable, Chrome is Simple but crashes to much for my liking, Opera has a clean interface and is relatively fast, Safari is gay and Firefox is the best for mods and speed.

Overall my favorite is Firefox only because I do a lot of server stuff, It also has some sweat themes.

This is a basic guide to tanking. For all you level 15s to about 30 who want to level through the dungeon finder as a tank. It is no where near professional, it's just a basic guide.

I play as a paladin as my main, and consider myself a pretty good tank. While you are a tank, ALWAYS keep Righteous Fury up. It increases your threat and makes tanking 100 fold easier. You will want to have Devotion Aura on as well, as it increases your armour, and hence reduces the damage your take.

For your basic fight, you will use Hand Of Reckoning to pull and then Judgement of Light on your main target. Attack one target and make sure your DPS are attacking the same one. Whenever your Judgement is off cool down, use it again. Whenever your fighting a boss, and taking alot of damage use Divine Protection. It reduces the damage you take by 50%. Use Hammer of Justice on the spell casters.

Once you reach level 20. things become even easier. You will now gain Consecration, your main (in my opinion) tanking ability. What it does is simple. It drops a AOE spell that stays active for 8 seconds. While it is active, all enemies within its range will take Holy damage, and with the help of Consecration your threat will go through the roof.

Once thing I haven't mentioned is Seals. The seal I use is Seal of Wisdom, so I keep my mana up. But this isn't available until level 38. So you should use Seal of Righteousness, which gives your attacks a chance to do extra damage, up until level 22 then switch to Seal of Justice, which gives your attacks a chance to stun, which is useful to reduce your damage taken. Stick with Seal of Justice until you reach 38, and then go to Seal of Wisdom.

Blessings. Love them or hate them, they are useful. When you get into a group, make sure you buff every single member of your party. Basically it is based on what class the person is

Shaman- If they are elemental or restoration, use Blessing of Wisdom. If they are enhancement ask if they prefer Might or Wisdom.

Druid- Give a Feral Druid Might or Kings. A restoration will probably want Wisdom

Warrior- Blessing of Might

Paladin- Give your fellow paladin Might or Kings, depending on which one they buff themselves with.

Warlock- Blessing of Wisdom

Mage- Blessing of Wisdom

Hunter- Blessing of Might or Kings, ask which one first

Rogue- Blessing of Might or Kings, ask which one

Priest- Blessing of Wisdom

That is the basic guide to Blessings, but if there is a Shaman, for example, that would like Kings just give that to them. Usually they will know what they would prefer after all.

If you spec correctly, you will gain a couple abilities that are exclusive to Protection Paladins. By level 31, you should have two. Divine Sacrifice is one. It is extremely uselful when all your party members are taking damage. It reduces the damage they take, and focuses it upon you. Using Divine Sacrifice and then Divine Protection will reduce the damage they take by 30% and transfering it to you, and then reduces the damage you take by 50%.

The other one is Blessing of Sanctuary. It does, quote: "Places a Blessing on the friendly target, reducing damage taken from all sources by 3% for 10 min and increasing strength and stamina by 10%. In addition, when the target blocks, parries, or dodges a melee attack the target will gain 2% of maximum displayed mana".

This is the Blessing you should use on your self. It increases the damage you deal, and the health you have. Also reduces the damage you take, AND gives you mana back. If you are putting a Blessing on yourself, which you should, this is the perfect one to use. I'm going to attach a level 31 talent tree which would be good for young tanks to learn from.
